Work Release

Ok, so the title sounds like I’m going to talk about prisons, but I’m not.  This week has been a bear this week; stress, long days, etc.  So, how does someone who works in music find a release from work when music was their first escape?

Well, I use different styles of music.  It also helps that I have a 40 minute commute each way to work, which can allow me some serious music time in my truck.  When I’m home it’s spending time with my wife, the television and the outdoors.

So, what do you do for a release?
